Workshops and Seminars
Workshop 1 in Hoa Binh College
The first workshop of the GameAid project took place at Hòa Bình College, introducing educators to the potential of AI in education. Experts provided insights into the rapid development of AI models in recent years, highlighting their applications in teaching. Participants had the opportunity to test and practice with a serious game that simulates a classroom environment, offering a hands-on experience of AI-driven learning. The teachers showed great enthusiasm for the game and expressed a strong interest in further developing their AI skills. This workshop marked an exciting step toward integrating AI into modern education.
Workshop 2 in Hanoi University of Science and Technology
In May 2025, HUST hosted a workshop titled "Designing AI driven games for Education" and an competition called “Ideathon 2025: GameAid”. The workshop introduced AI applications in education using game-based learning, allowing both faculty and students to engage with the technology in an interactive and accessible way. Many teachers reported that the playful approach helped them better understand how to integrate AI into their teaching practice.
The Ideathon attracted over 30 student teams who proposed creative ideas to enhance learning experiences with AI. Several solutions were highly praised for their practicality and potential for implementation within the university.
These events not only sparked innovative thinking among students but also motivated faculty to adopt new teaching methods, contributing to the development of a modern, flexible digital learning environment.
